What is it?
Bootcamps run for 4 weeks. They are design to support beginners, but can challenge those with a more extensive exercise history as well. Measurements will be taken on the first and last sessions of the bootcamp to track progress. There are 12 sessions in total.
You can access unlimited free main gym classes for 2 weeks after the bootcamp (so it’s like having a 6 week bootcamp).

Classes are between 45 mins and 1 hour long.
Mon, Wed, Fri- 6am, 9.30am or 7.30pm
£99 early bird rate (up to 2 weeks before the camp starts) £120 there after.
